This is great trail if you want to see a variety of interesting things such as cabins, an old steam engine wreckage and this time of the year, even flowers. It is not a difficult hike or a long hike (if you do a car drop it's only 7.6 miles). There are several water crossings but I wouldn't consider any of them difficult.
Don't think, just go!
